Only current Continental Village residents are eligible to rent the clubhouse. Current pricing for renting the clubhouse is $300.

When you get confirmation of your reservation, you will need to send signed Rental Agreement together with all payments and copy of Homeowners Liability Insurance to the Park District Superintendent (or his/her assignee)
